Zirconia sliding gate plate insert
The refractory zirconia sliding gate plate insert is used in slide plate of tundish for casting steel. The products represent high performance of resistance to steel erosion, to thermal shock and to molten steel. Casting temperature is 1650oC. The highest heat-resistance temperature can reach to 2000oC.
Chemical Composition: ZrO2+HfO2≥95% 2.4%≤MgO≤3.0%
Bulk Density: between 4.8g/cm3 and 5.0g/cm3
Apparent Porosity: ≤10%
