Shanghai Jinru New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established on July 15th, 2002. We are a company specializing in the development, production and sale of zirconia products. Our zirconia products can totally achieve the international usage criterion. Our company has advanced production equipment and authoritative perfect analyzing and detection measures, and our company owns a material synthesizing factory and a finished product manufacture factory. Our distribution department is located at Jinqiao business circles in Pudong Region.

Our main products are zirconia based metering-nozzles, zirconia based slide nozzle plates and zirconia based foam ceramics. Thereinto, the life of zirconia nozzles used for fast replacement of upper nozzles can achieve more than 40 hours, also used for fast replacement of lower nozzle can achieve more than 15 hours, up to 24 hours. At present in the Chinese steel manufacturer market the long-life zirconia metering-nozzle which is manufactured by us has an occupancy rate of 80%. Our zirconia slide nozzle plate is always used in 60 tons tundish in Baosteel Company. It can be used to cast calcium-treatment steel for more then 6 times.

Our company has complete set of technology from zirconia based raw materials synthesizing to finished products manufacture. We can manufacture different shapes and properties of zirconia products according to the requirements of customers.
